This cartoon reminds me of a line from a Graham Parker song: "I have seen the future of rock, and it sucks." Well, substitute "Trumpcare" for the r-word, and I think you'll be able to see where The Highwayman was coming from on this cartoon...and it may be closer than you think...if they get their way. If.
